A workspace is your dedicated environment for organizing templates, workflows, and presentations. Business plan users can share workspaces with team members for collaborative work.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data and templates are preserved when switching plans. Previously available features not included in the downgraded plan (for example, collaborative workspaces)will be removed.
